Preview opens March 18, and will run for an unspecified period of time. The last time we visited Disneyland was prior to 9/11 so we expected some entrance issues with new security but found that the security lines were extremely long as were the lines to get into the park. It's been 20 years since 9/11. The tragedy was felt here in Los Angeles as it was around the world, and like other major cities across the country, L.A.'s emergency services had to swing into action. Today, Christine would have been 22, but Eunice still sees her as the energetic girl who carried a Peter Rabbit stuffed animal with her everywhere, a beloved possession that her grandparents donated to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. She said she had no doubt that she would still be doing the same today, had her life not been cut short.

Not surprisingly, even though it lies in the center of Florida, hurricanes can sometimes play havoc there, and whenever guest safety from the weather is a concern, Disney has closed. Dude Ranches can be located almost anywhere, but most reside in the mountain-west of the United States. While not super common, during the holidays the parks have been known to go into a phased closure once the crowds get to a certain level. Special treats.
